** Summary
* * General Manager, IT Portfolio Management align IT project portfolio with business strategy, company policies and meet governance standards.
** What You'll Do
*** Define and enforce project/program management standards, framework and lifecycle
* Create and maintain templates, tools and best practices
* Establish and govern project intake and prioritization processes
* Define KPIs and success metrics for projects and portfolio (on-time, on-budget, deliverables met)
* Establish common risk and issue management practices across projects
* Monitor cross project dependencies
* Act as primary liaison between, IT, business units, and executive leadership for project portfolio matters
* Continuously refine PMO processes based on lessons learned and feedback
* Lead and develop project/program managers and PMO staff
* Provide coaching, mentoring, and training on project management and delivery practices
* Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and delivery excellence
* Develop key business acumen (i.e. financial & legal) concepts within the PM community
* Integrate organizational change management into project delivery
* Conduct project health reviews and post implementation assessments
* Develop and maintain IT resource capacity plans
* Other duties may be assigned.
