We're looking for experienced field engineers to support a high-priority engagement across multiple sites in the USA. Immediate onboarding — project goes live next week!
Locations Hiring:- Whitewater, WI
- Sewell, NJ
- Sidney, OH
- Wytheville, VA
- Solon, OH
- Sabetha, KS
- Onsite desktop and network support
- Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook & standard business apps
- Basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting — switches, routers, Wi-Fi APs
- Smart Hands support for remote L2/L3 teams & OEM vendors
- Rack & stack, cable patching/tracing, port activation
- SLA compliance & customer security policy adherence
- 1–3 years of Desktop Support / Field IT Support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, M365, Outlook, AD basics & networking fundamentals
- Hands-on hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, peripherals)
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi
- Ability to work independently onsite
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, ITIL Foundation, CCNA or equivalent
- Experience with Service Now, Remedy, Jira or similar ticketing tools
Familiarity with Dell, HP, Lenovo, Cisco & other enterprise hardware - Background in managed IT services / IT asset management
