Our client a global Oil & Gas business is hiring a
Senior AI & Data Project Manager
to lead high-impact AI and data transformation programmes across a complex, fast-moving organisation.
This role sits at the heart of AI, analytics, and cloud transformation, working closely with senior leadership to modernise data platforms, reporting, and decision-making processes.
What You’ll Do- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI & data programmes(from concept to production)
- Drive multiple work streams across Data Science, IT, Operations, Risk & commercial teams
- Coordinate initiatives across Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI & data governance
- Build executive reporting, governance frameworks, and track business impact
- Manage external vendors and technology partners
- Deliver strategic initiatives including:
- Generative AI & AI agents
- Workflow automation & analytics
- 5+ years in AI/data delivery, analytics transformation, or consulting
- Strong track record delivering enterprise-scale data or AI programmes
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with tools like Azure, Fabric, Power BI, data governance, and AI/GenAI
- Comfortable operating in technical environments
- Consulting background
- Experience in energy, trading, financial services, or logistics
- Highly organised and execution-focused
- Commercially aware with technical curiosity
- Thrives in ambiguity and simplifies complexity
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Shape enterprise-wide AI and data strategy
- Work directly with senior leadership
- Drive real, measurable business impact
