Spare Parts Planner

We are looking for a Spare Parts Planner to support our maintenance and operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for spare parts administration, inventory accuracy, SAP data maintenance, and coordination of maintenance-related materials and vendor activities.

• Enter PMs and work orders into SAP and maintain proper filing and annual archiving
• Enter completed PMs and work orders into SAP accurately and on time
• Manage spare parts inventory, including system entry and stock control
• Create new part records and gather supplier quotes as needed
• Support maintenance-related vendor contracts in coordination with purchasing
• Coordinate repair parts that need to be sent out for service or repair
• Unbox, identify, and label incoming parts as needed
• Regularly update current stock levels in SAP
• Maintain inventory of oil and other consumables
• Update BOM and SPRA data as required

• Experience in SAP and administrative processes within maintenance, inventory, or manufacturing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage inventory data accurately and consistently
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
• Experience in spare parts, maintenance planning, or inventory control is an advantage
