Are you a Lead Electrical Maintenance Technician from an automotive manufacturing/heavy mechanical background, looking to play a pivotal role where you can develop and grow your own team?

On offer is an excellent opportunity for a Lead Maintenance Technician to take control of the maintenance department and receive specialist training, whilst also having the opportunity to progress up the rankings.

This company are an industry leading organization, with ambitious growth plans for the future! You will be met with a variety of challenges, with no working day being the same as you take advantage of this unique experience.

You will be responsible for supervising technicians, coaching staff, on the floor training. You will also be responsible for helping out technicians on the shop floor when needed and offering support.

This role would suit a Lead Maintenance Technician from a heavy mechanical or an automotive manufacturing industry, looking to hit the ground running as well as widen their knowledge and take a lead role in an industry leading organisation!
