Client Delivery Director/Manager!

As Client Delivery Director/Manager, you will have overall responsibility for project execution and delivery once aRunway Safe contract is awarded. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects and services, ensuring alignment across scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and customer commitments from contract signing through handover and aftermarket readiness.

In this leadership role, you will report directly to the CXO and lead the Client Delivery function, managing a small team of direct reports, with overall responsibility for both the team’s development and project and field delivery. You will lead and support employees working on-site during installation, often inoperationalenvironments requiring flexibility, including shift workandnight operations. You will plan workloads, coach and develop team members, and ensure the right capabilities, training, and resource mix are in place to support current and future project demands.

You are accountable for ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient execution in the field, including workforce planning, supervision structures, and working conditions aligned with operational requirements. Success in the role is measured through safety performance, on-time delivery, margin control, documentation quality, team engagement, and customer confidence throughout the project lifecycle.

You will serve as the escalation point for execution-related risks, change control, and client communication, working closely with internalteamsand external stakeholders to ensure transparent governance and continuous improvement. The role combines strong people leadership with operational and commercial accountability, offering a unique opportunity to shape delivery excellence in a safety-critical and highly regulated environment.

We have a flat, collaborative culture with little focus on hierarchy. The title will be shapedand determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, seniority, and capability.

As part of the team, you will:

• Lead, develop, and coach the Client Delivery organization, with direct responsibility for project and field delivery resources, capability planning, and team performance.
• Establish and maintain strong project governance, including planning, resource coordination, budget and margin follow-up, and milestone control.
• Serve as the escalation point for execution risks, change control, and client communication, ensuring transparent decision-making and customer confidence.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, safety, quality, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

You are a structured and accountable leader who takes ownership of delivery outcomes and leads teams through complex project environments. You communicate clearly, build trust with customers and stakeholders, and make sound decisions under pressure while maintaining a collaborative and execution‑focused approach.

We are looking for you who have:

• ABachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or another relevant technical field.
• 7+ years of experience successfully leading project or program delivery within aviation, airfield infrastructure, industrial systems, or other complex construction or manufacturing environments.
