Area Coach

Are you a dynamic leader with a proven track record in multi-unit management within the Quick Service Restaurant industry? KBP Brands is on the lookout for an exceptional Area Coach (AC) to oversee 5-10 QSR restaurants and drive operational excellence. As an AC, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring each Managing Partner achieves or exceeds the annual EBITDAR budget, while maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.

• Monthly auto and phone allowance
• Annual awards trip based on area performance. Top 10 % of AC’s attend.
• All 300+ Area Coaches from Arby’s, Taco Bell and KFC are invited to attend a bi‑annual multi‑day Area Coach Conference.
• Be apart of AC on boarding program including;
  Operations training at a Certified Training Restaurant, connecting with AC Mentor and partner with an external Executive Coach.

• Collaborate with Managing Partners to meet or exceed budgeted EBITDAR, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring operational procedures are followed.
• Effectively utilize selection tools to maintain optimal staffing levels, proactively addressing Employee Relations (ER) needs.
• Implement weekly and period goals, recognizing and rewarding team achievements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring outstanding customer service through proper execution of initiatives.
• Coach and train Managing Partners, Co‑Managers, and Shift Supervisors, supporting national training initiatives and new employee orientation processes.
• Share Best Demonstrated Practices and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

• High School, GED, College, or University Degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year, preferred 3-5 years of successful multi-unit operational management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Proven ability in selecting, coaching, and developing managerial employees.
• Valid driver’s license.
