As a Sr. Project Manager on our team, you’ll lead the design team and manufacturing through the development process of new connection systems product lines (HV Connectors, Inlets, Media Modules). You develop initial plans, set milestones, track project activities, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

• Achieve flawless launches—full ownership to deliver programs on time, with quality and profitability.
• Act as the program life‑cycle owner, bringing strategy and a holistic approach.
• Drive appropriate reviews/escalations, risk identification and mitigation, and remove roadblocks.
• Support profitability for the assigned business, working closely with directors and profit management.
• Secure appropriation request approvals on time for project execution.
• Act as the primary customer contact for regular management communication and escalation.
• Manage multiple customers and complex products.
• Understand customer technology roadmaps and build relationships with key customers.
• Support customer management, especially in critical situations.
• Contribute to new business development activities.
• Review and modify proposed staffing plans.
• Support enterprise effectiveness, efficiency, and lean functional excellence using Lean / I&CIM techniques.
• Ensure compliance with standards, policies, procedures, PDP requirements, and customer‑specific requirements.

• Legally able to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
  Master’s degree in Business or Engineering is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in project/program management or equivalent field.
• 5+ years of experience using product life‑cycle and risk‑management tools.
• Prior leadership experience in Project/Program Management, Product Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organization.
• Results‑oriented, decisive, and able to handle multiple conflicting tasks independently.
• Knowledge of OEM processes and development cycles.
• Proven conflict‑management and negotiation skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and financial business acumen.

• EOS, APQP, VDO, and PDP process knowledge.
• Experience with IATF and ISO procedures and audit.
• Hands‑on experience with PLM tools (Omnify, GSD, GES, Planview, Teamcenter).
