Level: JG11-13
Team:
Lead a team of 5-6 professionals
- Lead and manage the internal service department, overseeing daily administrative operations, guest reception, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Oversee expatriate relocation processes, including housing, transportation, and visa/immigration compliance for employees relocating between China and the U.S.
- Collaborate with HR, legal, and external consultants on immigration and cultural integration programs
- Develop, refine, and implement administrative and travel policies in partnership with senior leadership
- 5-7+ years of administrative management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
- Large corporate background; automotive industry experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience in expatriate management (relocation, visa processes, cultural integration)
- Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese required
- U.S. Green Card or Citizenship required
- Stable work history – most recent role of 3+ years preferred
