We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager (SPM) to lead the delivery of major Heavy Industrial and technically complex construction projects across the US.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded, ENR-ranked organisation working on large-scale developments across manufacturing, food & beverage, advanced processing, and data centre environments. The role is ideal for a senior construction professional who thrives in demanding project environments and is comfortable travelling to project sites as required.

The Opportunity

As Senior Project Manager, you will provide senior-level leadership across complex projects, taking ownership of overall project performance while guiding project teams and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.

You will play a critical role in shaping project strategy, driving operational excellence, managing risk, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of large-scale Heavy Industrial construction projects across multiple sectors.
• Provide strategic direction across project execution, planning, resourcing, procurement, and risk management.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, commercial performance, and key project KPIs.
• Identify potential challenges and project risks early, developing effective strategies to maintain programme and performance.
• Ensure all projects meet required health & safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Drive collaboration between construction, engineering, design, procurement, and other project functions.
• Provide senior-level reporting and project updates to executive leadership and key clients.
• Support continuous improvement across project delivery processes and team performance.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, Project Director, or equivalent within Heavy Industrial construction.
• Strong track record delivering large-scale projects within manufacturing, food & beverage, processing, data centres, or similarly complex environments.
• Strong technical understanding of industrial MEP, structural, process, and building systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, and project risks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferrered
• Willingness to travel extensively to project sites is essential.
