We are recruiting for a Branch Manager (Calibration Lab Manager) - Location, Cincinnati, OH. The branch managers key position is to oversee the operations and management of the branch. Role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of operations, maintaining high-quality standards, logistics, customer service and achieving business targets.
Must have Profit and Loss (P&L) experience. Relocation available.

• Operations Management:
  You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the calibration lab, including scheduling and coordinating the calibration activities, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Team Leadership:
  You will lead a team of calibration technicians and other staff members (Customer Service). Your role includes providing guidance, training, and support to the team, as well as monitoring their performance and fostering a positive work environment.

• Managing a Profit & Loss (P&L) for a business: 8 years (Required)
• of managing over 50 people: 8 years (Required)
• Operation leadership : 8 years (Required)
• Customer responsibility: 8 years (Required)
• Calibration, metrology, testing, or other technical lab: 8 years (Required)
