Compensation

This position has an hourly pay rate of $24and is eligible for performance bonuses.

The compensation listedrepresentsthe base pay for this position, which is just one of the many elements of our Total Compensation package.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimumtwoyears’ experiencewithproven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.

• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).

• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).

• Background check required. All background checks are conducted, and their results are considered,in accordance with applicable law.

• The abilityto meet the physical demands of this position, whichfrequentlyincludesremainingin a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time;movingand transporting up to 25 pounds;moving inside and outside of the store;and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.

• Associates degree or higher.

• Experience incheckcashing, document verification, money order processing.

• Bilingual(English/Spanish) is a plus and may berequiredfor certain locations.

• Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards.
