1st Shift Entry-Level / General Labor – Powder Line

Starting Pay: $19.50/hr (pay increases built in!)

We are currently hiring 1 General Labor associate to join a 1st shift Powder Line team
. This is a great entry-level opportunity with steady hours, competitive pay, and long-term growth potential.

40–50 hours per week

• $19.50/hr starting
• $21.75/hr after 1 year from full-time hire

• Loading and unloading finished product onto a moving conveyor on an automated finishing line
• Operating presses, brakes, benders, and manual welders (setting up equipment and running production jobs)
• Monitoring equipment during operation until jobs are complete
• Banding and wrapping palletized product
• Rotating through different positions on the production line
• Working as part of a team of 7–10 teammates

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding work
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment
• Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
