Production Team Member Benefits:
  • Compensation: $15.00 – $15.60/hr.

    Monday – Friday, 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM

Production Team Member Duties:
  • This position is in a typical Manufacturing Environment Emphasizing teamwork, safety, training, and discipline.
  • Follows Standard Work Process. Performs a specific task or several predetermined tasks in the assembly process.
  • Performs repetitive tasks such as attaching or affixing pre-manufactured components and parts to main product as it moves through the production line.
  • Prepares parts for shipment.
  • Shipping and Receiving material handling.
  • Notifies Team Leader of defective parts, equipment, tools, materials, nonstandard assembly work or other conditions, which hinder the assembly process.
  • Participates in group meetings to exchange any job-related information and ensure quality standards are consistently met.
  • Ensures that the time, material and waste is minimized.
  • Other duties as required to ensure that company meets and exceeds our customer expectations and needs.
Production Team Member Skill &

Education Requirements:
  • Must be willing to submit and pass a drug screen.
  • High School Diploma or GED at minimum.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Should have strong hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to operate various assembly tools.
  • Sufficient physical reflexes and personal mobility.
  • Must be a team player and communicate effectively with all team members as well as communicate issues to the Supervisor immediately.
  • Assist in continuous improvement and be adaptable to change (including new ideas, projects and practices).
  • Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Knowledge of environmental ISO
    14001 preferred.
  • Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in the English language.
  • Must be able to work on their feet for long periods of time and will be required to lift up-to 35lbs, 75% of the time.
