Screen Print Manager

Role Description

The Cubbison Company is seeking a full-time, on-site Screen Print Manager to join our team at our Ohio facility. This role involves overseeing all aspects of screen printing operations, ensuring high-quality production, and managing workflow to meet deadlines. Responsibilities include managing and leading a team, setting up and maintaining equipment, monitoring inventory of materials, maintaining a safe work environment, and collaborating with other departments to optimize production efficiency.

The Screen Print Manager will also be responsible for training staff and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet production goals.

• Extensive experience in screen printing processes, equipment operation, and maintenance
• Strong leadership, team management, and training skills
• Knowledge of inventory management, production scheduling, and workflow optimization
• Familiarity with quality control practices and strong attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure production efficiency
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and experience in continuous improvement initiatives
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical education is a plus
• Physical ability to be on your feet for extended periods, lift equipment, and operate machinery as needed
