Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines (lathes, mills) to complete precision machining tasks under guidance.
  • Learn to read technical drawings and work instructions
  • Observe machining processes to learn programming and tooling concepts
  • Follow all shop safety rules and machine guarding requirements
Education & Experience

· Must be a current high school senior or enrolled in a CNC programming, machining, or robotics school program.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a high‑paced, hands‑on environment with shifting priorities.
