We ensure that your components — from automotive gaskets and industrial seals to combinations of different materials — perform reliably even under the most demanding conditions. all of the necessary requirements you need for optimal operation.
GrindingOperate various grinding machines to achieve precise surface finishes and tolerances.
Set up machines and select appropriate grinding wheels/abrasives.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools, maintaining quality standards
Familiar with manual lathe’s and how to use them properly for mid / advanced
Come from a Machine involved Industry/ Machinist, understand how to operate unique processes (Not just a button pusher)
Be familiar with machine measurements
Familiarity w/ calipers and micrometers. /OD - etc.
If looking for OT, must be able to be Independent, preferably an advanced level candidate in a familiar setting. Will not occur until proven proficient.
$17.00 - $18.00
