The role of Production Manager/Screen Printing is a part-time or full-time, on-site position based in Ottawa, OH. Key responsibilities include managing and overseeing the screen printing production process, preparing and setting up equipment, ensuring quality control during printing, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Additional duties involve leading production scheduling, coordinating with team members, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the screen printing workflow.

• Experience with screen printing is a plus but not required. Will train if need be
• Ability to manage production schedules and oversee quality control processes
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting production issues
• Knowledge of managing and maintaining printing equipment and workspace organization
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently with the team
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in related fields are desirable
