Come innovate with us! Position SummaryIn your role as a PCS Operations Technician you’ll work alongside a talented team in the PCS (Pump, Chiller, Scrubber) Department. You’ll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, improving all equipment, processes, and systems used in UV wafer manufacturing.
You will also partner with Engineers, Production, and Quality to execute preventative maintenance (PM), change‑point management (CPM), failure analysis, and process rework while remaining compliant with Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) protocols.
Role and ResponsibilitiesYou’ll be responsible for these core areas:
- Preventative & Corrective Maintenance
- Troubleshooting & Root‑Cause Analysis
- Process & Equipment Monitoring
- Collaboration & Communication
- Project & Change Management
- Health & Safety Compliance
- 2+ years prior work experience
- 2-year college degree or technical school certification preferred.
- In addition, typically requires 8 years of related experience.
- Semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing experience preferred.

The current base salary range for this role is between $18.60/hour - $60.40/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
