Line Lead – Pick & Pack
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
About Us:
We are a warehouse and distribution operation focused on preparing seed displays and supporting product assembly in a fast-paced team environment.
- Consistent 1st shift schedule
- $17.00 per hour
- Team-oriented warehouse environment
- Hands-on warehouse and assembly experience
- Safety equipment provided
- Perform pick and pack warehouse duties
- Assemble and prepare seed display products
- Work in a fast-paced production environment
- Maintain safety and workplace standards
- Pick seed packets and place them into display units
- Assist with assembling display boards
- Perform basic warehouse and packing duties
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Warehouse, assembly, or production experience preferred but not required
- Must pass 10 panel drug test
- Must wear closed-toe shoes
- Safety glasses required (provided onsite if needed)
- No cell phone use permitted on production floor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
- Lockers available in breakroom, but employees must bring their own lock
- Locks must be removed daily
- Phones may be stored in vehicles or lockers during shifts
