Production Operator – Filler in Huron, OH

3rd Shift: 11 AM-7 PM, Sunday-Friday. Overtime during peak season. Must have the ability to train on any and all shifts.

As a Production Operator - Filler
, you will be part of a team that works together to manufacture and package quality paints, stains and other materials. This work is completed in our production plant utilizing automated filling equipment. We need self-driven employees that understand collaboration and efficiency. Every day you will have an opportunity to contribute and succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety rules, processes and procedures.
• Set up, monitor and operate filling and packaging equipment.
• Improve production line efficiency through teamwork.
• Perform routine quality checks on material before and during line operation.
• Maintain accurate records and a clean, orderly work area.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Lift up to 50 pounds routinely and up to 80 pounds infrequently.
• Follow detailed instructions and record progress.
• Stand for extended periods of time, maneuvering around equipment.
• Work in a team environment and take ownership over assigned area of responsibility.
