Uni First is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Team Partner to join our Picking Department. The role involves picking garments to fulfill customer orders.

• Perform assigned tasks by utilizing established processes and procedures to ensure productivity, quality, safety, attendance, and overall performance.
• Operate machines, including strapping equipment.
• Place totes of strapped garments onto conveyor belts and retrieve totes from designated areas.
• Comply with work instructions as directed by leadership.
• Participate in plant‑wide safety activities.
• Achieve performance and quality standards as set by the department.
• Perform other duties as described by leadership.

• Actively seeking High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to hear, talk, see, and distinguish between colors. Reasonable accommodations are provided.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
• Ability to stand for an extended period of time.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
