Uni First is seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Team Partner to join our Picking Department. The role involves picking garments to fulfill customer orders.

What you’ll be doing :- Perform assigned tasks by utilizing established processes and procedures to ensure productivity, quality, safety, attendance, and overall performance.
- Operate machines, including strapping equipment.
- Place totes of strapped garments onto conveyor belts and retrieve totes from designated areas.
- Comply with work instructions as directed by leadership.
- Participate in plant‑wide safety activities.
- Achieve performance and quality standards as set by the department.
- Perform other duties as described by leadership.
- Actively seeking High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to hear, talk, see, and distinguish between colors. Reasonable accommodations are provided.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
