Tech Operator - Nights

At Danone, Manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams. We are currently looking to hire a High Tech Operator based in Minster, Ohio
!

• Working safely with a high attention to detail and quality.
• Manual tasks such as loading raw materials into the production equipment.
• Technical tasks such as operating a computer system and troubleshooting process breakdowns.
• Operating production fluid control systems.
• Verifying target weights and meeting target through the application of statistical process control.
• Performing quality checks and ensuring accuracy of materials/products.
• Consistently communicating with all departments involved in the production process (e.g., warehouse, distribution, processing, fruit room, scheduling, quality).
• Documenting inventory of consumed raw materials and supplies.
• Cleaning and sanitation tasks (e.g., general housekeeping, disposal of waste material, scraps, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned.

The High Tech Operator base rate is now 28.34/hr, increasing to $29.83 after one year! Night shift employees receive an additional $1.00/hr shift premium. • High School degree or GED (Required).
• Advanced education is a plus (Technical, Associates, Bachelors).
• Open schedule ability – able to work nights, weekends and holidays when scheduled; employees work a 3‑2‑2 schedule.
• Computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High mechanical aptitude.
