Foundry Laborer

Job Title:

Shake‑Out Associate – Foundry (Entry Level)

• Assist the molder by constructing and preparing sand molds for castings.
• Unload and clean molded castings after aluminum has been poured and solidified.
• Maintain molder supplies and ensure the work area is clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a safe working environment.
• After training, progress to Pour Off or Molder positions as assigned.

• No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. regularly.
• Good work ethic, initiative, teamwork, and attendance.

First shift: 6:30 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday.

Initial placement through an agency for approximately 8 weeks. Performance and attendance evaluated for potential direct hire.

• Starting pay $23.00/hour with increases every four weeks.
• Holiday, vacation, and personal day pay.
• Medical, prescription, dental, vision, and life insurance.
