King’s Command Foods is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team as a Process Worker at our Versailles, Ohio, facility. No prior food manufacturing experience is required—we provide training and opportunities to grow your career with a stable and expanding company.
As a Process Worker, you’ll play an important role in producing high-quality food products in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality help ensure our customers receive safe, consistent products every day.
What You’ll Do- Inspect products as they move through the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
- Count and package meat patties, meatballs, and other products into boxes.
- Remove products that do not meet company quality specifications.
- Assemble, close, and prepare boxes for shipment.
- Stack finished product safely and efficiently at the end of the production line.
- Assist with cleaning and sanitation activities to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
- Support other production activities as needed to meet customer and business demands.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may include hot, cold, wet, humid, or refrigerated conditions.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing for extended periods and repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work overtime and flexible schedules, including Monday through Saturday and occasional Sundays, based on production needs.
Willingness to complete company-provided training programs, including:
- Safety
- Safe Quality Food (SQF)
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Food Defense
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, packaging, or food processing experience.
- Experience working in a USDA-inspected beef, pork, or poultry facility.
- Strong attendance record and reliable work history.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
