Georgetown, KY

Shift: 1st Monday – Friday – 6:15 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.

Pay: $15.50/hour

What You Will Do:

• Ensuring that all products packed and shipped are verified, of good quality and labeled correctly.
• Responsible to work safely to package service parts.
• Ensure all parts are thoroughly inspected for any manufacturing defects.
• Ensure all have correct part number and note whether part is early, current, or late.
• Follow SWI for each position to package parts.
• Make sure second check process is followed, verifying accuracy with monitor after product is scanned.
• Work in the most efficient manner to meet key operational goals.
• Trouble shoot quality issues
• Replenish work cell with material as needed.
• Quality inspecting for any manufacturing defects
• Follow Special Work Instructions to package parts
• Verifying product is ready for shipping
• Labeling all product prior to shipping
• Fill out necessary paperwork when sending part back for replacement.
• Ensure that the work cell, and its surrounding area, are properly cleaned at the end of each shift.
• Follow 5S practices, all tools and materials must be returned to their designated spot
• May operate Sit-down forklift as needed

What We Need From You:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must comply with clients' substance abuse & background policy
• Must have High school Diploma or Equivalent
• Must have Basic Computer knowledge
• Must have some knowledge of automotive service parts
• Must have good Math skills
• Must have good analytical skills
• Sit-down Forklift experience is a plus
