We're looking for an experienced Dry Plant Manager to lead the dry processing operations at our state-of-the-art frac sand facility. If you're passionate about leading teams, optimizing production, and driving continuous improvement in a heavy industrial environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do- Lead the day-to-day operation of the dry plant, including drying, screening, conveying, storage, and loadout.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with the Wet Plant Manager, Maintenance, Quality Control, and Logistics teams to keep production flowing and customers satisfied.
- Monitor production metrics, finished product quality, equipment performance, and downtime to drive operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with MSHA, environmental regulations, and company safety standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve equipment reliability.

- 5+ years of experience in frac sand, mining, aggregates, cement, or other industrial processing operations.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial dryers, screening equipment, conveyors, material handling systems, and loadout operations.
- Experience with preventive maintenance planning, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred (equivalent industry experience will be considered).
- MSHA Part 46 certification or the ability to obtain it.
