Industrial Maintenance Technician

Location: Prospect, OH

Pay: $52,000–$60,000 per year, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Overtime may be required.)

Job Summary

Labor Max Staffing is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility in Prospect, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have experience with PLC programming, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment. This position offers a stable first-shift schedule with opportunities for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Program and troubleshoot PLC systems.
• Operate machining equipment as needed.
• Assist with equipment changeovers.
• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble machinery.
• Safely operate a forklift.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• PLC programming experience required.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Electrical maintenance experience is a plus.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to work within tight tolerances.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Compensation

• $52,000–$60,000 annually based on experience.
