Campbell's Bakery is seeking a qualified Bakery Processing Operator for the 2nd shift. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of production experience in manufacturing. You will operate and monitor baking equipment, follow recipes, and ensure product quality and safety.
You will mix ingredients, track temperatures and weights, perform changeovers, document batch data, and uphold sanitation and 5S standards. CPT certification is a plus and overtime may be required.
