Director, Communication – Education, Health and Welfare

• Lead a team of Communication Managers responsible for client consulting and execution of Health and Welfare benefits communication
• Mentor and inspire a geographically distributed team
• Coach teams on effective project management and operational excellence
• Collaborate with internal and external business partners on communication strategies
• Drive continuous improvement and develop high-quality communications for Plan Sponsors and Participants

• Bachelor’s Degree – required or equivalent experience
• Proven management experience developing and supporting a diverse range of associates
• Communications/Operations/Process Delivery experience is required
• Highly organized and able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation and collaboration skills
• Experience in health care and employee benefits communications
