Receptionist Marketing Coordinator

Tucker Home Healthcare is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused individual to serve as a Receptionist Marketing Coordinator. This role is responsible for front office operations, client communication, and supporting marketing initiatives to grow the agency.

• Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Manage patient intake documentation and filing
• Maintain office supplies and front desk organization
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in handling patient information

• Build relationships with referral sources (hospitals, physicians, case managers)
• Assist with community outreach and events
• Support social media and digital marketing efforts
• Help develop marketing materials (flyers, brochures, presentations)
• Track referrals and maintain marketing logs
• Support growth initiatives and census development

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
• Previous experience in healthcare, home care, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, EMR systems a plus)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations preferred

Office-based position located in Columbus, Ohio. Occasional travel may be required for marketing activities and community outreach.
