Hamilton College seeks two Leadership Gift Officers to join its Development team and manage donor cultivation with 200–250 alumni and parent prospects. You will conduct solicitations, travel for visits, and collaborate with campus partners to advance the college’s campaign goals. Strong data use and Salesforce proficiency are expected.
Ideal candidates have experience in higher education fundraising, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work evenings or weekends for alumni events.
