👩⚕️ Position Overview: RN Day Shift
The Day Shift RN provides comprehensive nursing care, oversees clinical operations on the unit, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, and person-centered care.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Perform resident assessments and develop individualized care plansAdminister medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocolsMonitor resident conditions and document changes accuratelyCollaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staffEducate residents and families about care plans and health conditionsSupervise and support CNAs and LPNsEnsure compliance with regulatory standards and infection control policies🧾 Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standingLong-term care or rehabilitation experience preferredStrong leadership, communication, and documentation skillsCompassionate, resident-centered mindsetBLS/CPR required (ACLS a plus)New graduates encouraged to apply🎁 Benefits Snapshot
