• Kentucky licensed with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
• Active DEA registration required.
• Experience working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan.
• Experience in both medication management and psychotherapy.
• Must reside within commutable distance of the local clinic.
