Position: LPN/Nurse Manager $31.50-$39 6am-6pm (Full-Time)

Title: Wellness Nurse Manager

Type: Full‑Time

Wage: $31.50‑$39.00 per hour

Shift

Schedule:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6 am – 6 pm

Responsibilities
  • Superior Supervisor:
    In the absence of department heads, lead the building, assist and lead the Wellness team and other departments in ensuring quick, reliable, and person‑centered care is provided.
  • Force on the Floor:
    Available to help with call lights, requests for assistance from the team, demonstrate a sense of urgency that puts the needs, great or small, of a resident first.
  • Diligent Documenter:
    Complete resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents accurately and efficiently, and file correctly.
  • Compassionate Caregiver:
    Exemplify the core values at the heart of Arrow, ensuring each interaction with a resident is professional, caring, and ends with the resident feeling safe and cared for.
Qualifications
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing within the state of employment.
  • Thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current medication regulation and law.
  • Knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to the residents.
  • Experience in hands‑on care of memory‑impaired residents preferred.
  • Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Positive and energetic attitude, loves residents.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day, lift or move items up to 50 pounds, perform two‑person transfers, and assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post‑fall assistance.
  • Criminal background check clearance required.
