Registered Nurse (RN), Labor & Delivery

Job Type: Full Time | Nights

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 with 2-year commitment bonus

Schedule: 3x12, Nights (7p-7a), rotating weekends

Position Overview: Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery providing patient care during childbirth, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

• Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate charts.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to care team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial support.
• Evaluate learning needs of patients/families and provide age-appropriate education.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients.
• Participate in performance improvement and continuing education.
• Provide quality patient care and work flexible shifts or units as needed.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Current state RN license.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required;
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• BCLS required; ACLS, PALS, NRP, and Handle with Care preferred.
