Requirements
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and ongoing psychiatric follow‑up visits
  • Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of psychiatric disorders including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, cognitive disorders, behavioral disturbances, substance‑related conditions, and chronic mental illness
  • Provide medication management, including initiation, adjustment, monitoring, and optimization of psychotropic medications
  • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and patient care conferences
  • Manage psychiatric care for both hospitalized patients and individuals receiving ongoing outpatient treatment
  • Perform risk assessments, crisis evaluations, and stabilization planning when clinically appropriate
  • Coordinate continuity of care between inpatient and outpatient settings to support successful treatment outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, social workers, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
  • Educate patients and family members regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and available support resources
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation within electronic medical record systems

Required Qualifications
