• Kentucky license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Active DEA registration required
• Experience working with adults, children, adolescents, or across the lifespan
• Experience in both medication management and psychotherapy
• Must reside within commutable distance of the local clinic
