Registered Nurse; RN - Cardiac Rehabilitation; PRN

Job Overview

A Cardiac Rehab RN will join the Cardiac Pulmonary Rehabilitation program at Centerpoint – Georgetown. The role focuses on providing care to patients recovering from cardiac or pulmonary events, with a mission to make communities healthier.

• Collaborate with nurses and exercise physiologists to care for patients with recent cardiac or pulmonary events.
• Assist with patient process flows, including cardiac telemetry monitoring, vital sign assessments, patient education, exercise prescription maintenance, and equipment setup.
• Support equipment cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance.
• Attend required in‑services.
• Maintain logs and documentation as needed.

• Current Kentucky or compact state RN license.
• Associate’s degree in nursing from an accredited program; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Critical care experience required.
