The staff nurse plays a critical role in staff engagement, patient experience, quality and safety, and cost‑effective care.
Position SummaryThe Staff Nurse is responsible for managing and providing care to patients and their families, and for directing and supervising nursing care provided by other members of the patient care team. The Staff Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, delegating, and evaluating the nursing care of patients in alignment with the professional practice model.
Required Qualifications- Degree in Nursing from a CCNE (Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education) or ACEN (Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing) accredited nursing program.
- Current Ohio license or interim permit.
- Experience in a relevant care setting is preferred.
