Unit Manager

Bluegrass Care & Rehab Center in Lexington, KY is seeking a Unit Manager to lead clinical operations on a skilled nursing unit. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff on an assigned unit
• Coordinate and oversee resident care plans and clinical services
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, clinical, and documentation standards
• Conduct resident assessments and monitor clinical outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Communicate with residents and families regarding care and concerns
• Manage staff scheduling, assignments, and daily workflow on the unit
• Support staff development through coaching, feedback, and training
• Promote a safe, dignified, and resident-centered care environment
• Participate in quality improvement and performance initiatives
