Dedicated project on improvement of Non-Quality Management dispositioning with our Design office, and recurring issues in manufacturing including scrap. This will include production floor activities, working with Quality Line Tech, Machining, Engineering and Quality Engineers.
- Data Analysis and Problem Solving.
- Collecting and displaying relevant data to the workshop in a useable format to support Quality improvement needs.
- Leading a ritual meeting with cross-functional participation to communicate status and potential actions.
- Assist QLT's (Quality Line Technicians) on difficult or non-standard issues. Can accurately understand the technical standards and know the appropriate interfaces (Design Office) to disposition non-conformities.
- Ensure effective containment of the WIP and stock whenever confirmed or suspected non-conformities are identified before delivery.
