Position SummaryResearch faculty level position with the potential for promotion in the laboratory of Adam W. Barb studying structural and cellular immunology. The anticipated start date is Fall 2026.
Responsibilities- Perform high‑level research on immune proteins from primary human tissues.
- Oversee and guide an active research team.
- Contribute to grant writing, manuscript writing, and publication.
- PhD in life science, chemistry, or a related field.
- Excellent publication record in life science, chemistry, or a related field.
- Strong quantitative analytical skills, biochemistry, and protein purification skills.
- Experience in glycobiology and general knowledge of a biological laboratory.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Skilled biochemist or immunologist with expertise in state‑of‑the‑art characterization of immune proteins.
- Knowledge of glycobiology.
