As a bartender at Rock Creek Kitchen & Bar, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, with precision and flair.
• Engaging with guests to ensure they feel welcome and valued.
• Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, adhering to all health and safety standards.
• Managing inventory and restocking bar supplies as needed.
• Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.

To thrive in this role, you should bring:

• At least 1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
