* Help ensure food quality, accuracy, and speed of service
* Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment
* Monitor shift flow and assist with handling issues as they arise
* Support training and coaching of team members
* Assist with inventory, cash handling, and daily operations## Qualifications

*** Must be at least 18 years of age (or older, per applicable law)
* Previous food service or retail experience preferred
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to lead and support a team
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and reliability
* Please note this position requires flexible availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), lifting up to 40 lbs., and standing for extended periods.
