Job Overview

Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) at EZCORP, 10075 S. Eastern Ave., Henderson, Nevada. Pay range $14.50–$16.50 per hour, with opportunities for raises, bonus potential, and promotion.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and interacting with them in person and on the phone.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions for pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more.
• Perform opening and closing store duties and maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment.
• Assist customers in reaching mutually satisfying agreements regarding pawn items.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service, cashier, or retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Strong work ethic and positive, outgoing personality.
• Ability to multitask.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test (performed after a conditional offer).
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics is a plus.
• Sales background, bilingual, or other relevant experience are a plus.

• 5‑week paid training program with a $0.50 raise upon completion.
• Opportunity to earn an additional $1 per hour through the Pawnbroker Certification Program.
• Path to promotion to Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader) and Assistant Manager with 6‑month training.
