Position: Full-Time Bridal Sales Associate

Luxe Brands is hiring a Full-Time Sales Associate for our Ohio Bridal Outlet in Jeffersonville!

The Ohio Bridal Outlet is an off-the-rack bridal company, the last destination for gowns within Luxe Brands, and offers brides a designer gown at a heavily discounted price. We pride ourselves in providing the best and final possible discount on a wedding gown in a brick-and-mortar setting with knowledgeable and friendly staff.

We offer a schedule that stands out from traditional retail—no early mornings or late nights. All positions require weekend availability. The schedule averages 40 hours per week and includes Saturday and Sunday, plus three weekdays. If flexibility for weekends is not possible, this may not be the right fit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide an exceptional and personalized shopping experience, guiding brides in selecting their dream gown and accessories.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of designers, collections, fabrics, fits, and alterations to confidently assist clients.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Assist with maintaining the store’s visual presentation, ensuring displays are appealing and align with brand standards.
  • Handle handwritten documents, phone calls, emails, and other correspondences to help our brides.
  • Be confident in working independently, as there may be times when you are the sole staff member in the store.
  • Address challenges with professionalism, providing solutions that enhance the brides’ experience.
  • Handle transactions, process orders, and assist with inventory management as needed.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, passion, and enthusiasm in all interactions.
  • Complete any additional responsibilities and tasks as needed to support the team and business operations.
Hourly Compensation
  • $17 per hour, plus gratuity.
  • Total potential earnings:
    Up to $20–$22 per hour.
