This internship provides exposure to merchandise operations for the Cincinnati Open, including inventory, visual displays, staffing, and post‑event logistics.

Linder Family Tennis Center, Mason, OH

August 2 – August 26, 2026

• Assist in receiving merchandise, conducting inventory processes, and organizing products for The Shop.
• Set up visual displays and design storefront layouts to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with national vendor representatives to move products into storage and display areas.
• Create signage, organize POS stations, and train volunteers.
• Assist full‑time staff in running The Shop during event week.
• Manage temporary staff and coordinate with vendors on product‑related tasks and questions.
• Resolve customer service issues and gather customer satisfaction feedback.
• Implement design changes to improve customer flow.
• Assist with breakdown of merchandise operations and post‑event sales/load‑out processes.

Competitive hourly rate of $14.00, paid hourly plus overtime.

• Housing provided by LGM.
• Staff uniforms provided for event days.
