Game Stop - 111 Osbourne Way - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests, respond to questions, promote promotions and assist with video game needs;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in absence of Store Manager; assist with scheduling and training; ensure onboarding and compliance training;
Execute store operations including POS transactions, returns, inventory control, loss prevention, and bank deposits; ensure proper paperwork and daily close-out procedures;
Maintain Omni-Channel order fulfillment and shipping; keep store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines;
Support store team in meeting sales, profit, and shrink goals and input performance feedback into Workday in partnership with the Store Manager
