• Establish strong customer rapport and recommend HVAC systems that best meet their needs
• Develop client relationships, negotiate, and close sales deals
• Prepare accurate and complete sales proposals for seamless handoff to the installation team
• Take measurements, document spaces, and create material lists to support efficient installations
• Maintain communication with the installation coordinator, parts team, and crews
• Provide customers with accurate product and pricing details to build trust and confidence
• Stay informed about your market area and customer needs
• Support departmental sales plans and contribute to growth initiatives

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in sales (HVAC or residential home services strongly preferred)
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Goal-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening

• Direct experience with residential HVAC customers
• Familiarity with Service Titan or similar CRM platforms
• Working Conditions & Physical Demands
• Ability to climb ladders and work in elevated spaces, attics, and tight areas
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
